I just happened to stumble upon Grant and Becky’s glamper when looking for a long weekend away with my husband for my birthday. We wanted to be secluded and disconnected from the real world for a couple of days. We arrived burnt out from the daily grind and left feeling better than we have in years! We were fortunate to hear the waterfall all day and night! It exceeded our expectations! It’s absolutely stunning everywhere you look and the peace and calm is indescribable! We are already trying to plan a trip back with the kiddos! 10/10 could not recommend more!!

The glamper was awesome. It was very clean and open. We were welcomed by Grant as soon as we entered the property and he was so friendly and so helpful to tell us all the cool additional features to check out while we were there. You can see the waterfall from the back deck of the tent. Hearing the Falls at night and while we slept was so soothing. We also checked out the fairy garden late at night and saw the oak trees glowing. We hiked the fall and got to walk behind the fall. Another feature is the beautiful creek leading up to the fall. We would definitely come back to enjoy and relax again. Thank you Grant and your wife for a wonderful stay!

Grant and Becky's Glamper was just what we needed and they were exceptional hosts. Giving us a serene and unique stay that was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our anniversary. Not far from town for groceries or dinner. A town full of history and hospitality and then when we got back we relaxed at the glamper listening to the waterfall and ate lunch on the incredible porch. We enjoyed hiking around their beautiful and well taken car of property. Grant and Becky were the nicest people and so genuine.
We will definitely be back!

Grants place is just amazing. If you are looking to get away for a bit someplace private in beautiful natural surroundings this is the place. We loved the "Glamper" tent, UT has everything you need, the fireplace keeps it toasty if the temp drops and the bed is super comfortable. The hike down the canyon is an incredible way to spend a few hours, but if hiking is t your thing the views from the top of the ridge are spectacular also. We are already planning a return visit.

We absolutely loved our stay in the Glamper!! The waterfall sounds and views from the deck, from the bed! Incredible! And the fireplace which kept it snug and warm even on the cool nights. The ease of the cooktop inside, the ingenuity of the grill outside! The nature all around, the closeness of the hike to the waterfall, it was pure magic! We hiked to visit the fairy overlook as well! We also did welding and all sorts of workshop stuff with Grant to build a beautiful windchime! Great family experience! Highly recommend this! We will be back!!

All I have to say is, WOW! This is a breathtaking and special location and was the perfect getaway for two nature lovers. The glamper was very romantic and cozy, overlooking a gorgeous waterfall. The hike down was a huge highlight, and we even got to stand behind the falls. It was gorgeous from every angle, but the best part for us was falling asleep to the peaceful sound of the water.
Grant and his partner were extremely gracious hosts and very responsive to my many questions. The glamper had everything we needed, from extra comforters to basic kitchen utensils, and they gave us some great recommendations for local food and activities. It was easy to tell they really cared about creating a special experience for folks who visit.
There's so much to do in the area, and it's very beautiful in the springtime. We're already trying to find an excuse to get back again.

Coming from a concrete jungle, this was absolute paradise! We are kicking ourselves for booking for only one day. It was a much needed getaway with no distraction's from the outside world. We came on the coldest day of the month but everything was still perfect. Grant was so accommodating and made sure we had enough blankets for the night. There's so much to explore I wish we had more time! We hiked the falls and went searching for Fairies we heard about. We will be back in the summer!

Our stay at the glamper was exactly what we needed. We unplugged for the weekend and enjoyed the relaxing sounds of the stream and waterfall right outside of our tent. We explored the property and it was breathtaking and serene. We’d start every morning with a walk to the falls and even went down the creek bed to find a second waterfall a little bit further down which is an incredibly fun hike. The waterfall was flowing beautifully and was absolutely gorgeous to see right from the deck of the tent. The accommodations were lovely and homey. We felt so relaxed and content during our stay and had a wonderful time cooking and cuddling up by the fireplace. Becky was extremely kind and accommodating, delivering propane and firewood at a moments notice. She was responsive to texts and always made us feel very welcome. Grant was out of town during our stay but still made sure to check in with us our first night through email to make sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to book again!

Everything I needed. I’m usually a primitive camper, but the glamper tent setup was perfect. It took the stress away of having to put everything together. It’s build almost in a way in which you feel like you put it together yourself. From the perfect cooking setup to the extra spices and coffee available for use. Grant was an amazing host. Anything we needed he was no more than a knock or call away. He’s extremely nice and knowledgeable. And of course he throws in some humor which is always nice. He makes you feel as if you’ve known him for some time. Our view was everything and more. It’s one of those ( pictures don’t do it justice ) moments. I’ve never used this app and I was wanting to book a random camping trip and somehow I came across the app. One of the first places I came across was grants property and I can say I will definitely be returning. I took a hike down along the creek and it was beautiful. It does involve a little sweat but it’s worth every step. Another beautiful site was the luminous trees as you take an evening stroll through his property. Grant was also very nice in the aspect as he did not rush us out. I got in on a Tuesday and unfortunately on Wednesday we had rainfall which prevented a day hike. But staying nice and warm, playing card games and listening to music isn’t to bad is it? Thursday rolled around and I had previously asked him about if we needed to be up and out at 10 as directed through the app. With no bookings coming In, he said no rush.

This trip was incredible! Grant and Becky are so kind, and their land is breathtaking. This little oasis truly does offer all the perks of nature in the seclusion from the city if you need a getaway with good company and great hosts. Grant helped me check in and gave me all the tips and tricks of the land, and even some of its fun unique features. I absolutely loved my time at the glamping tent. Grant is a helpful and gracious host. The land is absolutely gorgeous. My dog and I got tons of excercise hiking the mountains. I highly recommend hiking boots or something with good ankle support, as the hills are riddled with rocks hiding under the leaves making for an easy ankle roll. The tent was stocked with everything we needed for the stay (minus groceries, of course.) 10/10 recommend. I’ll be back!

Beautiful spot. The only thing I say could have been better is if the fireplace worked. We froze our butts off while expecting there to be a fireplace as the pictures showed on Airbnb. We got there and it didn’t work. Other than that, we loved it and plan on coming back.

The Glamper we stayed in was cozy and peaceful! Even in the cooler weather, we stayed warm inside. It was a perfect place to stay after our night out at the Caverns. Our hosts were welcoming, helpful, and easy to communicate with! great time. Becky led us to the tent so it was easy to get to – though there was no water in the falls the view was beautiful and so serene. It had all the amenities we needed (stove, pots, fire pit, lighter, compostable toilet, jugs of water, extra blankets). I would definitely go for the added amenity of propane to use the fireplace next time so it's even cozier at night. We hiked the fiery gizzard trail that was nearby – a trip to remember!

Grant's land is a great place to visit. The glamper was perfect for my partner and I. Toasty with a gas fireplace , comfortable bed and the back deck looking into the forest was a favorite. We cooked a simple thanksgiving dinner too. The glamper is very close to the waterfall and hiking path. Grant had firewood available for us and we enjoyed a campfire into the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to any friends and family. I look forward to returning there with a bigger group and exploring the larger hipcamps too.

Grants place was the most relaxing beautiful stay! My fiancé and I brought our dog and we all felt at home as soon as we got there. Grant greeted us and showed us around and we loved getting to know him and his wife! The nicest people with the most amazing property. A short hike to the waterfall and we even fell asleep to the sound of the water rushing. They even had all necessities, best coffee, lots of supplies with anything we might need! Great if you want an amazing taste of nature but don’t want to set up a tent! We cannot wait to come back and plan to make this an annual trip!

Our stay at the Glamping Tent was great! My boyfriend and I are primitive tent campers and wanted to try Glamping for the first time. Grant was a wonderful host. He showed us around the Tent and down to the waterfall which was breathtaking! We did stay right after a severe winter weather came through so there was a lot of ice and that made the waterfall even more spectacular. The tent was cozy and had all the amenities you could need even though we brought everything we needed, it was nice to have back ups. There are multiple places to camp on his property and we are excited for spring so we can try out the Primitive Camp Site. This was an absolute 10 out of 10! Thanks Grant! We will be back!

We had a total blast at TrampEase. Grant is the most gracious host. This was my first time camping and I came alone with my daughter. I was so scared! I was also unsure of how I would be accepted also as a solo black camper but I felt so welcomed. It’s not that Grant doesn’t see color. We are clearly different, but he made me feel safe, seen, and honestly like I was visiting family. I might come back next week. I am a bit OCD but the place was immaculate. I got to see all the sleep spaces and you can’t go wrong with whatever you choose. We chose the treehouse tent and had a great time and a great rest.

Overall I liked this site. The tent was clean and comfortable. The waterfall was nearby exactly as described providing a nice attribute to the peaceful setting. The campfire and cooking situation is very adequate if you enjoy creative cooking. South Cumberland State Park is nearby and offers great hiking, etc. Very minimal road noise can be heard. Slight criticism of the site, understanding that this is glamping not camping, is the solution for water is only passable; gallon bottles &/or Brita water filter dispenser positioned over the sink. The shower access/workings was not 100% (though the host was aware and planned to address it). A nearby property had outdoor dogs that barked into the evening.

Amazing location and very relaxing. The area is really beautiful and the short hike down to the waterfall is really fun. We spent a lot of our time just taking in nature on our stay. Grant was super helpful and even brought us firewood upon request. The site not 100% private and may have other campers / hikers near by, but everyone keeps to themselves while enjoying the views. I would definitely stay here again!

Only recommendations are to put some type of chair ie Adirondack around fire pit and to put more pieces of wood in fire bundle you can purchase. Otherwise was delightful and would return!

We always tent camp and for our anniversary we decided to try glamping. Grant and his property and the Glamper exceeded our expectations above and beyond. We came prepared with everything and barely had to use any of our supplies! YOU CAN SEE THE WATERFALL from the bed. It was so serene and time just stood still. We only stayed for two nights but the one day we had did not fly by THANKFULLY. We explored the property, hiked down Millers Falls down to the next set of falls and had some snacks and just enjoyed the peace and nature. Hiked back up for a quick lunch and then checked out Foster Falls! It’s beautiful and we can’t wait to come back. I want to try the tree tent on the trampoline but we may just do the Glamper again. Thank you to the Millers for welcoming us to your home and little slice of heaven on earth! 💚💚💚

Loved the glamper!! Well built and most everything you need for a great stay! The two porches and fire pit offer options for hanging about, or explore the Falls for a little adventure. If no you like to cook a lot, bring your cookware and basic seasonings. A pot & pan, utensils, and plates are provided, as well as a sink for washing. We brought our cast iron. Also, if staying in the winter, bring extra lighting as the lights run off of a battery that didn’t quite last the weekend. Thankfully we had our solar lantern. Have also stayed at the Beech House. Would recommend the Beech House for colder months and the glamper for warmer months.

The hosts were very personable and welcoming and went out of their way to stay up late for us and provide much-needed blankets even though it had not been part of the original terms. There were other campers nearby, but far enough away and with enough trees between us to give plenty of privacy. Falling asleep to the sound of the waterfall was incredibly soothing and the back porch view overlooking the cliffs and surrounded by hemlocks was gorgeous. Beware though that the dirt road leading to the site was very rough and a car low to the ground might not be able to make it. It was really neat having a gas stove, sink, electric (battery powered) lights and indoor toilet all while being completely off the grid. Despite being more expensive than a lot of hotels I've stayed in, it felt worth every penny and I'd love to get to do it again.

I have traveled the world and stayed at many hipcamp and unique airbnb spaces, this space sits in my top 3. There was something so powerful and peaceful just in being there, and you feel it the second you step out of your car. My dog had so much stinking fun as did I. Without sounding like too much of a hippy, if you are looking for a spiritually healing space to get away and reset your mind and energy, this is the place to go. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. I also learned to weld which was fun. My only issue was the toilet. I've used different composting toilets before and this one was kind of uncomfortable and complicated, but at least there was a toilet so honestly I'm not even complaining.

My children and I felt so happy here. It was the most beautiful place we've ever stayed and after a week of more primitive camping, it was just lovely to have a comfortable bed, a stove to cook on...a clean toilet! It was great to know that we could arrive and not have to remember every little thing that makes camping a little stressful for a mom with small kids. Grant thought of everything--the kitchen tools we might need, salt, olive oil, a battery lamp so we could read bedtime stories. We can't wait to return and climb all over the waterfall and hike at all the amazing nearby parks.

Our glamper was mostly secluded, but you do share waterfall/trail access with the other lodging on the property. Wasnt a problem at all! It was cold! But very beautiful and Grant was gracious about us being a little later than expected. He was incredibly instructional and welcoming. The Glamper was cute and well-equipped, including a propane heater, which we turned off at night when we slept. I would return to the Glamper in the warmer months, but I discovered there are lots of hidden gems to sleep in on the property, so I am looking forward to checking those out!

We had such a wonderful time. The site was absolutely stunning; beautiful tall trees, a rushing creek, a deck overlooking a gorgeous view (and a 50ft waterfall), and it was so private. It was the perfect place to relax and get out of the house & city. It was very cold while we were there, but we brought lots of blankets and warm clothes. A few tips that we learned from our stay: You may want to bring extra water as there isn’t running water. The host generously provides filtered water (and you can always get more from him), but for convenience it may be easier to have some extra on hand if you want your stay to be extra private. Additionally, the toilet worked fine for me but for my husband who’s 6’3 and a big guy, the toilet wasn’t a great option for him. I would definitely recommend this place, and we can’t wait to go back!

Wow! My husband and I had such a great experience! It was so amazing to fall asleep to the sound of the waterfall! A great tent surrounded by beautiful trees plus a comfy bed...this is a great place to stay!

I can not begin to put into words the magical energy we experienced in this beautiful breathe taking hideaway. Not only was the waterfall so soothing and relaxing, but the view, the tent and accommodations were just perfect.. And last but most certainly not least I have to give a huge shout out to the host (Grant). Meeting him most certainly added an additional layer of. Coolness that made this experience even that much more memorable. We will definitely be back! (Many more times)! Grant thank you for everything!

It was a wonderful magical place with so many treasures everywhere we looked! So thankful to our incredible hosts that went above and beyond to make this trip something truly unique and special. To any future stayers, reserve at least one full day to explore the incredible 300 acres of waterfalls, caves, creaks, cliffs and springs surrounds the area!

Incredible location. The waterfall is like something from a fairytale! Very tidy listing, even the forest is well kept. You can tell a lot of love and effort is put into the whole property and the hosts were very personable and easy to talk to.

Beautiful place, great trails, lovely waterfall, magical creek. Grant is a generous host, very helpful. The glamping tent has a great queen size bed, a bit of a kitchen and great covered back porch, overlooking the waterfall. Great, even in the rain. My "hmmm", has to do with the composting toilet at the foot of the bed. If one is with a group/family there would need to be a comfort with having the toilet as public part of one's living space.

Grant and Becky are so nice and the site is pretty secluded, however, there are other rentals on the property and you may see hikers from time to time passing through that are from those other sites. We thoroughly enjoyed our girls trip at the glamping tent and I will definitely be back! Sleeping to the sound of that beautiful waterfall was so relaxing. We we laid in our hammocks underneath the trees and it was so relaxing. I’m going to book a stay with my husband soon!

This place was PERFECT for my wife and I! Very secluded back in the woods. There is a beautiful 50ft waterfall maybe 50yds from the tent. Sleeping to the sound was fantastic! The back porch of the tent overhangs a gorge, which made it seem like you were up in the trees. It was appointed as listed and Grant was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back for a stay at this spot! We just couldn’t have been any happier with our choice!

This was an incredible stay. The pictures definitely don’t do the waterfall justice, and the hosts were awesome. Very private, even with other people on the land, and perfect for me and my 2 dogs. Lots of hiking trails around the area too! Can’t wait to go back.

Grant is a wonderful host. Showed us the property when we arrived, with tips on where to hike. Asked us on how he could improve the site when we left. Tent was super clean and disinfected. His land is beautiful and the water fall/flowing creek was where we spent most of our time.
